CALGARY SHIPPING
All local Calgary deliveries are delivered the next day from Monday to Friday between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM(MST). Please note that delays may occur due to weather, availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. There are no deliveries made on the weekends or holidays.
GREATER TORONTO AREA SHIPPING
All Greater Toronto Area deliveries are made the next day, Monday to Thursday between 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM (EST). Please note that delays may occur due to weather, availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. There are no deliveries made on the weekends or holidays. If your order is sent via Canada Post or any of the other couriers, it will take 2-3 business day to arrive.
We may contact you if your delivery cannot be made next day due to external problem we may encounter.
Example; The order is placed and confirmed on Tuesday, then it will be delivered on Wednesday, meaning Calgary deliveries are received the next day. While Canada Post deliveries should take the estimated time one day after the order is placed.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF CALGARY
All deliveries outside of Calgary are handled by Canada Post, and the estimated time of delivery will depend on your shipping preference at checkout. UniMarket delivers the packages to Canada Post the day after the order is placed, therefore you can expect your package to arrive after the number of business days stated from Canada Post the day after you placed your order.
For example; If you place an order on Monday for 3 business days shipping, the 3 business days count would begin on Tuesday of that same week as UniMarket would take the package to Canada Post for delivery one day after the order was placed.
SHIPPING & HANDLING FEE
Shipping to the following provinces: British Columbia, Alberta, & Saskatchewan must pay the Canada Post shipping fee that varies depending on the weight of the package and distance traveled.
